Shipping policy

1. Payment & Processing

  • Shipping is available only for prepaid orders.
  • At checkout, Arafta Store collects the product price and, where applicable, the shipping price displayed for the selected delivery method.
  • The shipping price covers transportation to the delivery destination only.
  • The product price and shipping price do not include customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees or other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • The estimated delivery period begins only after order processing is complete and the order has been dispatched.
  • Dispatches and courier handovers take place during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Pre-orders are governed by the dispatch timeline stated on the relevant pre-order product page.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Subject to availability for the destination, customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping is estimated to take approximately 7–18 working days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping is estimated to take approximately 5–9 working days after dispatch.
  • The 1–3-working-day order-processing period is additional to the stated delivery estimate.
  • Country or region-specific delivery estimates and information regarding the possibility of duties or customs charges are displayed below the relevant shipping option.
  • Customers may select a shipping method based on delivery speed, shipping price and the possible likelihood of duties or customs charges.
  • Shipping methods associated with a lower likelihood of duties are available only for limited countries and do not guarantee exemption from duties, taxes or customs charges.
  • All customs assessments remain subject to the laws and decisions of the authorities in the destination country.
  • The customer is solely responsible for selecting the shipping method that best meets the customer’s requirements.
  • All delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, courier operations, regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond Arafta Store’s control.
  • For a pre-order product, the delivery estimate begins only after that product has been produced and dispatched.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are sent to the customer by email after the order has been dispatched.
  • Certain courier partners may require the customer to access the courier partner’s official website, download or use its official mobile application, create or access an account, or follow other verified communications issued directly by the courier partner to track or manage a shipment. These requirements and the operation of such third-party platforms are outside Arafta Store’s control, and the customer is responsible for following the courier partner’s verified instructions when tracking or managing the order.
  • Tracking support is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+05:30), excluding public holidays.
  • Arafta Store will provide reasonable assistance in locating the relevant tracking information when required.

4. Address Changes After Order Processing

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
  • Once an order has entered processing, Arafta Store cannot guarantee that a requested address change can be completed.
  • Any address change accepted after processing may be treated as a chargeable service by the courier partner.
  • The customer must pay any address-change fee directly to the courier partner, and such fee is not collected by or credited to Arafta Store.
  • Every address-change request remains subject to the courier partner’s approval, policies and operational capabilities.
  • The customer remains responsible for any delay, failed delivery or other complication resulting from an address-change request.

5. Delivery Attempts, Reattempts & Courier Communication

  • The customer must monitor the email address and telephone number provided with the order and use the tracking number supplied to periodically check the courier partner’s official website or app for the latest delivery updates, notices and required actions.
  • The customer must respond promptly to all delivery-related calls, emails, messages and notifications from the courier partner.
  • The customer must provide any information or documentation requested for delivery or customs clearance.
  • The customer or an authorised recipient must be available to accept the shipment at the stated delivery address.
  • A delivery attempt may fail because of an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, failure to respond to the courier, restricted access to the delivery location or any other customer-related reason.
  • A failed delivery may result in additional delivery, rescheduling or reattempt charges imposed by the courier partner.
  • The customer must pay all reattempt, rescheduling or related charges directly to the courier partner, and such charges are not collected by or credited to Arafta Store.
  • The customer is solely responsible for booking, confirming and coordinating any delivery reattempt or delivery slot with the courier partner.
  • Any delivery reattempt is subject to the courier partner’s policies, operational capacity and destination-country procedures, and Arafta Store does not guarantee that a reattempt will be available.
  • If a delivery reattempt is unavailable, the customer must communicate directly with the courier partner regarding collection, redelivery or any other available resolution.
  • If the courier partner cannot offer a reattempt following a customer-related failed delivery, Arafta Store shall treat the order as delivered and its fulfilment obligation as completed.
  • The preceding deemed-delivery provision shall not apply where the failed delivery resulted from an Arafta Store dispatch error or a courier error unrelated to the customer.
  • An undelivered shipment may be held, returned to origin, abandoned or disposed of in accordance with the courier partner’s procedures and applicable local regulations.
  • The customer must pay all redelivery, return-to-origin, storage, recovery or reshipping costs arising from a customer-related failed delivery.
  • The customer must pay all applicable duties, taxes and courier clearance charges directly to the relevant authority or service provider.
  • A failure to respond, pay the required charges or provide the required documentation may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, abandoned or disposed of in accordance with courier procedures and applicable local regulations.

6. Customs Inspections, Duties, Taxes & Other Charges

  • Any international shipment may be selected for customs inspection or clearance.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise under the selected shipping option, the product price and shipping price do not include destination-country duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges or courier clearance fees.
  • Government charges may include customs or import duties, tariffs, import taxes, VAT, GST, sales taxes, local taxes, penalties, interest or fines imposed by the relevant authorities.
  • Clearance and regulatory charges may include customs-clearance, import-processing, documentation, customs-entry, filing, permit, licensing, regulatory, inspection or examination fees, among others.
  • Courier and broker charges may include brokerage, disbursement, advancement, duty-handling, collection-on-delivery, handling or administrative fees.
  • Delay-related charges may include storage, warehousing, demurrage, return-to-origin, abandonment or disposal charges.
  • No customs-related or courier-imposed charge is collected by, paid to or credited to Arafta Store.
  • Government charges are payable to the relevant authorities, while courier, brokerage and clearance-service charges are payable to the applicable courier partner, customs broker or other service provider.
  • A courier partner may pay duties or taxes to local authorities on the customer’s behalf and subsequently collect those amounts, together with its applicable service fees, directly from the customer.
  • The customer’s local authorities, courier partner or customs broker determine whether charges apply and the amount payable.
  • Arafta Store cannot guarantee whether a shipment will or will not attract customs-related charges.
  • The customer must provide any documents or information requested by customs authorities, the courier partner or the customs broker.
  • The shipment may remain on hold until the customer completes all required payments and documentation.
  • Standard Shipping is estimated to take approximately 9–18 working days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping is estimated to take approximately 5–9 working days after dispatch.
  • A customs inspection or clearance procedure may extend the estimated delivery period.
  • Country or region-specific delivery estimates and information regarding the possibility of customs charges are displayed below the relevant shipping option.
  • The customer remains responsible for paying all applicable charges and complying with all customs requirements in the destination country.
  • Arafta Store will provide reasonable assistance where possible but cannot complete the customer’s customs obligations on the customer’s behalf.

7. External Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed by weather conditions, transportation or courier disruptions, customs inspections, clearance procedures, regulatory action, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Late payment of duties, taxes or courier charges, or a failure to provide required customs or delivery documents, may delay delivery.
  • Arafta Store will endeavour to provide relevant delivery updates when such information is available.
  • Delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed where a delay arises from customs authorities, courier partners, regulators or other circumstances beyond Arafta Store’s control.
